How to launch actions (Measure, Ratio, Angle, Split, Orthogonal, Parallel, Flip)?
In Onis 2.0, you can launch various kinds of actions on annotations and regions of interest in any image of a series:
To launch an action on an annotation or a region of interest, you have 3 different ways:
- By the "2D Actions" button of the 2D Viewer window
- By the top menu of the 2D Viewer window
- By the context menu
By the "2D Actions" button of the 2D Viewer window:
- Select one segment or several segments in one or several annotations. Multiple segments of annotations and regions of interest can be selected by clicking while holding the 'Shift' key. You can unselect one segment of annotation or region of interest by clicking on it while holding the 'Ctrl' key.
- Click the left mouse button on the "2D Actions" button of the 2D Viewer window. A menu will appear under your mouse cursor.
- Select in the list the type of action you want to do, by clicking on it.
By the top menu of the 2D Viewer window:

- Open the "Annotations" menu, in the top menu of the 2D Viewer window.
- Open the "2D annotations" sub-menu.
- Open the "Actions" sub-menu.
- Select in the list the type of action you want to do on annotations.
By the context menu

- Keep your mouse above an image of a series in a display area and click on the right button of your mouse. A context menu will appear under your mouse cursor.
- Move the mouse cursor on the "Actions" sub-menu to open it.
- Click on your choice: Measure, Split, Parallel...
