How to create or modify a polyline?
Create a polyline region of interest:
- Select the "Polyline" tool in the list of annotations and ROIs (See "How to create 2D annotations")
- Bring your mouse above one image in a display area and click the left button to define the first point of the polyline.
- Add a new point for your polyline by dragging the mouse to a new location and click the left button.
- Double click on the left button of the mouse to add the last point of the polyline.
Modify the polyline position:
- Select the polyline object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a polyline object is selected, some green circles are displayed around its points.
- Keep your mouse above the polyline (outside any green circles), press the left mouse button and hold it.
- While holding the left mouse button, drag your mouse to move the location of the polyline.
- Release the left button mouse.
Modify the position of a point:
- Select the polyline object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a polyline object is selected, some green circles are displayed around its points.
- Keep your mouse above one of the green circle, press the left button of the mouse and hold it.
- While holding the left button, drag your mouse to modify the position of the selected point of the polyline.
- Release the left button of the mouse.
Modify the properties of the polyline:
- Select the polyline object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a polyline object is selected, you can see a green circle at each extremity of its segments.
- In the properties window of annotations and ROIs, modify the color or the width of the line object.
