How to create or modify a line?
Make a line:
- Select the "Line" tool in the list of annotations and ROIs. (See "How to create 2D annotations")
- Bring your mouse above one image in a display area and click the left button to define the first point of the line.
- Drag your mouse to define the second point of the line and click on the left button.
Modify the line object position:
- Select the line object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a line object is selected, you can see a green circle at each extremity.
- Bring your mouse anywhere between both extremities of the line, press the left mouse button and hold it.
- While holding the left mouse button, drag your mouse to move the position of the measure object.
- Release the left button mouse.
Modify the extremity points of the line:
- Select the line object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a line object is selected, you can see a green circle at each extremity.
- Bring your mouse above one of the extremities of the line, press the left mouse button and hold it.
- While holding the left mouse button, drag your mouse to move the extremity of the line.
- Release the left button mouse.
Modify the properties of the line:
- Select the line object by clicking on it with the left mouse button. When a line object is selected, you can see a green circle at each extremity of the line.
- In the properties window of annotations and ROIs, modify the color or the width of the line object.
